Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Guddu Mali, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We aim to deliver high-quality lawn care services every time. However, if you're not satisfied, we want to make it right.

🔁 1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service you received, please notify us within 24 hours of the completion of the service. We will:

  • Re-perform the service at no additional cost, OR

  • Offer a partial or full refund (depending on the situation), OR

  • Apply a credit to your next service.

Note: The choice of remedy is at our discretion based on the issue and situation.

📅 2. Cancellation Refunds

  • 24+ Hours' Notice: If you cancel a scheduled service with at least 24 hours' notice, you will receive a full refund (if pre-paid), or you will not be charged.

  • Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of ₹[amount], or a deduction from any pre-paid amount.

🚫 3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Services completed where no issues were reported within 24 hours.

  • Customer failed to provide access (e.g. locked gates, obstructed lawn).

  • Unsafe or hazardous conditions on the property.

  • Excessive debris or conditions not disclosed at the time of booking.

💳 4. Prepaid Services / Packages

  • If you purchase a service package or pay in advance for multiple visits and wish to cancel the remaining services, we will refund the unused portion minus any used services at full price.

  • Discounts or promotional rates may be voided if the package is not fully completed.

⏱ 5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
