2. Booking & Scheduling

Services must be scheduled in advance via phone, website, or email.
Recurring service clients will be scheduled on a consistent cycle unless otherwise requested.
Clients are responsible for ensuring the lawn area is accessible on the scheduled day (e.g. gates unlocked, pets secured).

3. Pricing & Payments

Pricing is based on property size, lawn condition, and service frequency.
All payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may be subject to late fees.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a service.
Short-notice cancellations may incur a fee.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure quality and safety, customers agree to:

Remove large debris (toys, branches, etc.) before service.
Notify us of any hazards (e.g. sprinkler heads, low wires, uneven ground).
Keep pets indoors or secured during service.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, including re-servicing if necessary.

7. Damage & Liability

We take great care, but we are not liable for damage to unseen or unmarked objects (e.g. hidden sprinklers, wires).
